After School Rock is an engaging, hands on musical experience where musicians and vocalists of similar ages and styles get the chance to play together, learn together, and rock out in front of a live audience as part of a real band and rock show!

ASR classes meet once a week (90 mins) for six weeks (see sign up for details). We will get you out of the garage and into a real band with other players your age. You even get to help choose the songs your will perform!* Each band will learn three songs over the course of six weeks and then perform them at our end of session Rock Concert at a local venue, for friends, family and the public.

Open to ages 10 to 18; Minimum requirement of two years experience on instrument. Less than two years experience requires an audition.

• Six classes, 90 mins each
• Final Concert which is free to the public!

*Each band member submits one song choice through email (song title and artist name) within one week of the start of the session. Students will then bring song choice on CD to first class.
